Amanda is an experienced digital strategist for grassroots organizing and fundraising within the progressive political space. Currently serving as the Digital Lead for Feed the Truth, a new nonprofit founded by Daniel Lubetsky, the founder of and a former executive of KIND Bars. Prior to this, she served as the Organizing SMS Director at Biden for President (BFP). Mobilizing over 5 million voters and volunteers across the country on SMS with accurate voter education and key moments for engaging at the local and national level for the past 2020 general election. And most notably, Amanda managed and oversaw the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to improve supporter retention, engagement, and fundraising across online and offline direct response teams to create a unified supporter experience across direct marketing channels at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its 501c4 and PAC entities.
As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, she believes in fighting for equitable workplaces by dismantling systemic barriers and challenging the institutions where they exist. After the 2016 U.S. presidential election, Amanda worked with local groups to plan protests and marches in Washington, DC, and made a direct shift to domestic issues. Amanda has lived in Sri Lanka, Australia, and served as a part of the first 20 placements in West Java in Peace Corps Indonesia. Born and raised in New York, she is honored to call Washington, DC home. She graduated with a bachelor’s in studio art: multimedia and a minor in international development from American University. Whether in the professional or personal realm, Amanda is brave, humorous, and resolute.
